• Up to 35,000 dwelling unit visual assessment annually.

Maintains logs of work performed and provide summaries of visual assessment as directed by NYCHA and provides Project Management oversight to include both field spot checks of assessments, coordination of assignments to complete the scheduled assessment dates, and on a bi[1]weekly basis review and verify and/or correct an activity status report issued by NYCHA.
